How long will it take to get my debit card?
Once you open your account, your debit card will arrive in the mail within 5-7 business days. When you receive your card, you will set your PIN when you activate your card in the mobile app or online banking.
How soon can I start using my debit card?
After you complete the steps to activate your card, please wait one hour before using the card and adding to your mobile wallet.
Where can I use my ProLifeFintech debit card?
You can use your debit card worldwide – anywhere Mastercard is accepted. When traveling internationally, simply switch on ‘Foreign Transactions’ in the Manage Card section in your mobile app or online banking account.
What do I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
First, lock your card from online banking or your mobile app (see next question for how to). Then, call to report LOST or STOLEN cards call: 844-920-1900 during business hours. A Customer Support representative will assist you with blocking your card and preventing further charges from being applied to your account.
