Therefore, we are transitioning from our current core technology provider to operate under Regent Bank, our trusted sponsor bank, until our transition to our new prolife affinity bank branding is complete.

We’re asking you, as a valued ProLifeFintech customer to complete the following steps:

All current ProLifeFintech accounts must be closed by December 1, 2025.

Accounts not closed by this date will be automatically closed, and a cashier check will be mailed to your address on file.

What You’ll Need to Do

Step 01:
Open Your new Regent Bank
account(s)

We are moving from our current core technology provider to operate under Regent Bank, our trusted sponsor bank.

Step 02: Initiate an ACH transfer to your new Regent Bank accounts

When prompted to “Set up your initial deposit”, select “Use an account.” 

 

Enter your ProLifeFintech routing number (103913463) and account number, specify the deposit amount, and initiate the transfer to move your funds securely to Regent Bank.

During the Regent Bank account onboarding process, you will be asked to provide the following:

  • Your driver’s license number,
  • ProLifeFintech routing number (103913463) and
  • The ProLifeFintech account number you intend to transfer money from.

 

ACH transfers typically take 1-3 business days to complete.

1. Log in to ProLifeFintech Online Banking

2. Navigate to "Pay & Transfer" and select "ACH Transfer"

3. Select "Send ACH Payment" and choose your ProLifeFintech account

4. Select From Account as your ProlifeFintech account from the dropdown option.

5. Click "Add External Account" and select "My account at another bank"

6. Use Plaid to verify your new account:

-Search for "Regent Bank"
-Log in with your new account credentials
-Plaid will securely verify your account ownership

7. Complete the transfer:

-Select your new Regent Bank account as the destination
-Enter the transfer amount
-Leave frequency as "One time"
-Select your transfer date
-Review and submit

Step 3:
Call ProLifeFintech Customer Support

After your transfer is complete, call ProLifeFintech Customer Support at (844) 920-1900 to request account closure.

Step 4: Update Your Banking Details

Update your recurring transactions
Be sure to change any direct deposits, automatic payments, or transfers that were linked to your ProLifeFintech account(s) so they route to your new Regent Bank account(s).

Save your records
Download or print any bank statements or transaction history from your ProLifeFintech account(s) that you may want to keep for your personal records.

Your 2025 Form 1099-INT (Interest Income) will be mailed or made available to you during the first quarter of 2026.

Special Transition
Incentive

Receive a $50 bonus when you open your upgraded ProLifeFintech account and complete the transition by meeting all incentive requirements.
